New Feets offers a one-year warranty on its breast pumps. To extend the warranty, customers must fill out a form, upload their invoice, and share it with New Feets. An extended warranty number will be sent via SMS or mail within seven working days.

Please note that New Feets’ Disclaimer for refund policy requires products to be returned unused and in their original packaging. This includes the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, accessories, and any freebies. If any of these items are missing, the product will not be accepted for return.

Our disclaimer refunds will be processed within three working days, and the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within seven working days. However, the timeline may vary depending on your bank.
