Warranty Policy

New Feets offers a one-year warranty on its breast pumps. To extend the warranty, you can fill out a form, upload your invoice, and share it with NewFeets. You will receive an extended warranty number by SMS or mail within seven working days.

Newfeets refund policy states that products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. This includes the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, accessories, and freebies. If any of these items are missing, the product will not be accepted for return.

New Feets will process refunds within three working days and credit the refund amount to your bank account within seven working days. However, the timeline may vary depending on your bank.
